I’m Aaron Long, founder of Kingmen. This mission is deeply personal to me because it flows from my own journey as a follower of Jesus, a husband, a father, and a leader.
I know what it’s like to wrestle with failure, fear, pride, and apathy and to carry the weight of leadership without clarity or purpose. But I also know the power of God’s grace to bring healing, growth, and direction.
As men, we often feel the pressure to have all the answers, to be strong and capable in every area of life. Yet, we weren’t meant to walk this road alone. The heart of Kingmen is to be a home base where you can find encouragement, wisdom, and a brotherhood of men who understand your journey and are committed to walking with you.
This platform was built to inspire, equip, and challenge men to rise into their God-ordained role as leaders in their homes, workplaces, churches, and communities. Whether you’re navigating struggles in your personal life, seeking to deepen your relationship with God, or working to lead your organization with greater purpose and clarity, Kingmen offers tools, resources, and community to help you on your journey.
With over 20 years of business experience, I’ve had the privilege of supporting leaders, teams, and organizations in a variety of industries, from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses and nonprofits. Along the way, I’ve learned that leadership isn’t just about achieving goals - it’s about stewarding influence in a way that honors God and transforms lives.
Through coaching, consulting, and collective opportunities, Kingmen combines this professional experience with a passion for discipleship. Our mission is to awaken men to their life with God, equipping them to live as leaders after His own heart.

Recognized as one of the “Top 15 Coaches in Oklahoma City” in 2023 and 2024, I hold an MBA and a degree in Business Management with a minor in Psychology.
Most importantly, I’m a husband, father of four, and a man pursuing God’s purpose in my life. I reside in Oklahoma with my Wife and children.
